PropNex to provide free health screening to its 12,318 property agents

This was released at the PropNex Yearly Convention on March 13. Low Yen Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, was the guest of honour.

PropNex Real estate will most likely be the very first neighborhood property agency to give complimentary comprehensive overall health screening for five years to its force of 12,318 real estate professionals and almost 200 full time workers.

At the celebration, PropNex also revealed its growth into Thailand. This will definitely be its sixth development beyond Singapore after Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Australia. Lynette Ping, Chief Executive Officer of PropNex Thailand, will head the office in Thailand. The new Thai firm currently has 500 sales representatives and will generally pay attention to new and resale non commercial plans.

This large-scale comprehensive health and wellness testing is part of a campaign called the Precision Community Screening (PCS) program by Let’s Get Healthy, a community enterprise focused on strengthening community medical care. The screening checks will be partially sponsored by Mirxes, a domestic RNA technology and early cancer cells diagnosis firm.

PropNex agents are going to receive health assessments including very early discovery for Singapore’s leading three chronic illness: being diabetic, cholesterol, and blood pressure, together with screenings for five cancer kinds, involving colon, stomach, liver, ovarian, and prostate.
