Loft apartment at The Crest up for auction at $2.65 mil

A three-bedroom loft space apartment at The Crest, near Prince Charles Crescent in Bukit Merah, in prime District 3, are going to be established for public auction on April 23. A banking company’s sale, the 1,324 sq ft residential property has been placed on the neighborhood with an altered overview rate of $2.65 million ($ 2,002 psf), states Knight Frank Singapore, which is handling the auction.
